Shipping policy

📦 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Expect delivery within 3-7 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 4 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

🌍 International Shipping
For our global friends, delivery takes 2-3 weeks, with estimated dates shown at checkout based on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order, and once shipped, we’ll send you tracking details to follow every step.

International orders may be subject to sales tax, duties, and customs fees, which are not included in your order total or shipping costs. These charges are based on your destination and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

If a package is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping, any taxes and duties, and return shipping fees. Refunds are not available in such cases. We’re here to assist if you have any questions along the way.
