Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and shipping takes 4-7 business days. We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times (14-30 days) vary by location. Please note, you’re responsible for any import duties or fees.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details sent to the email address you provided. Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing and shipping.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please double-check the shipping address you provided with your order. If the address is correct, we recommend reaching out to your local post office for assistance in locating your package.

Please note, Ubling cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for such cases.

No worries! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Just reach out to us immediately at support@ubling.us or through our contact form.

If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to make changes since carriers like USPS don’t allow address updates during transit. We recommend contacting USPS directly to see if they can reroute your package once it reaches the original destination.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or sizing, so please double-check your order before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@ubling.us, and we’ll make it right.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• All accessories (like toolkits) must be included.

Contact us for return authorization before sending items back. Once approved and received, refunds are processed within 14 days.

Step 1: Prep your nails using our complimentary tool, push the cuticle, file your nail, clean with alcohol wipe.

Step 2: Choose between adhesive sticky tab or brush on glue for longer lasting.

Step 3: Gently apply the press-ons your nail.

Step 1 : Soak in a bowl of warm water for 15minutes with soap and oil.
Step 2: Gently remove the press-ons nails with the cuticle tool provided with our kit.

1. Place a piece of tape horizontally across your nail.
2. Use a pen to mark the edges of your nail (repeat for each finger).
3. Remove the tape and stick it onto the millimeter side of a ruler.
4. Record the width of each nail in millimeters for an accurate fit.

Best Method for Reusability:
Apply adhesive tabs to the back of the press-ons and liquid glue to your natural nails. This creates a barrier, making it easier to remove glue from the press-ons.

With Sticky Adhesive Tabs:

• Nails can be reused repeatedly.
• Simply clean off the used tabs from the back of the nails.

With Brush On Glue:

• Gently remove nails and softly file off any excess glue from the underside.

Yes, Your Natural Nails Are Safe with Ubling. Our gentle, non-damaging nail brush on glue is designed to protect your natural nails while keeping your press-ons secure.

For healthy nails:

• Always prep your nails properly before applying.
• Wear your press-ons for 7-14 days for the best results.

Wearing them beyond 14 days may allow water to get trapped between the nail and adhesive, which could lead to bacteria growth. If you notice any lifting, follow our removal steps right away.

Don’t worry—your Ubling nails are reusable! Just clean and prep both your natural nails and press-ons before reapplying for a flawless, fresh look.

Yes! Ubling is committed to being 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

You can use hair dryer or hot water to warm the press-ons so that's easier to press down to flatten the curve for a better fit.

Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before applying and depend on how hard you are on your nail. For the best results, follow our “How to Apply” guide.

• Adhesive Tabs: Temporary wear, lasts 2-5 days.
• Brush On Nail Glue: Up to 2 weeks (reapply glue if needed).
• Tabs + Glue Combo: Lasts 1-2 weeks.

DO:

• Avoid water for 1–2 hours after applying.
• Wear gloves when washing dishes.
• Keep them on the original box to prevent losing any.
• To restore gloss, gently wipe with an alcohol pad.

DON'T:

• Use nails to open cans or tough packaging.
• Take hot baths (this can weaken the glue).
• Trim, cut, or over-file, as it may break the topcoat and cause chipping, reducing nail longevity.
• Avoid cuticle oil immediately after application, as it can make the glue slip.
